Overview

Because IT risks are growing and the EU regulations are getting stronger, we decided to set-up a compliance organization at the group level to address the two main challenges we face: Data Security and Corporate Social Responsibility. Our goal is first to strengthen our organization then to deliver compliance services to our customers.

As part of the compliance team, your contribution is to make sure that all our group entities will meet the existing and next coming EU regulations (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, CSRD). Of course, the maturity of entities and countries vary a lot across our group.

To achieve that goal, you will work closely with the Data Security & CSR group compliance leads to define guidelines, audit, reporting and transformation process that our local entities will apply. Your direct line will be the VP Compliance who seats at the group board.

Our group understands that those arising compliance requirements are also opportunities to transform deeply our organizations and come to new standards.



Responsibilities

  • Contribute for making Prodware group and our entities respect laws and regulations;
  • Contribute for reporting to Authorities/Regulators/official Auditors;
  • Responsible for informing and advising the company and its employees of their compliance obligations;
  • Monitoring the compliance with the internal requirements and relevant legislations;
  • Work closely with the entities and their business leads;
  • First point of contact helping to solve compliance issues;
  • Develop, organize, and facilitate comprehensive training sessions on regulatory and group compliance awareness for the entire team;

Qualifications

  • Experience in the creation, compliance implementation, and adherence to Governance Risk Compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures will be an advantage;
  • Experience in a fast-moving dynamic team, good handling of solutions required in Information Management, Cloud Computing and Security governance;
  • Knowledge of the Company’s Industry, of the business drivers, digital Architectures associated with IT Service Providers and Cloud Service Providers;
  • Understanding of local, international standards and legal requirements and controls (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, BCP, Anti-Money laundering, GDPR, Electronic Legal Archiving, Cyber Security, NIS2 and DORA, CSRD, ESG and Sustainability);
  • Integrity and professional ethics, Teamwork skills;
  • Strong negotiation and excellent presentation skills;
  • Hands on mentality, excellent time planner and workload organizer;
  • High energy and creativity, entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Ability to work on an international scope;
  • High energy and creativity, entrepreneurial spirit;
  • English Mandatory. French, German, Flemish, Spanish, … and others will be considered as an advantage;
  • Capability to travel from time to time.
  • University degree required (Master’s Degree minimum) or 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Master’s in management in Information Security System/other relevant Governance & compliance domains or 2 years of expertise.
