Responsibilities

Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design and configure tailored solutions, and ensure their successful deployment and user adoption. The position bridges business needs with technical solutions, supporting digital transformation and improving operational efficiency through Dynamics 365 CE.

In summary the main activities are:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements;
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements;
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE);
  • Customize the system using out-of-the-box features, workflows, and custom entities;
  • Lead the implementation process, including data migration, system integration, and user training;
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements;
  • Identify and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phase;
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources;
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Ability to speak and write English at working level;
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platforms (F&SCM, CE, BC);
  • Experience in business process analysis and solution design;
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
