Responsibilities

Prodware is pleased to announce an opening for a 6-month, paid Internship Program (with employment possibility) for the position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Business Analyst Intern

 

As a Business analyst Intern, you will be part of the team responsible for implementing and supporting ERP Systems - specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management - for international customers.

You will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and project managers and participate in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will play an important part in delivering high-quality functional support within our Application Management Services (AMS) team and contribute to troubleshooting and resolving issues by collaborating with technical consultants and developers.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participating in converting customer needs into functional solutions
  • Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
  • Sharing knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM with support team
  • Process and gap analysis regarding application configuration for a specific module or functionality
  • Quality Assurance and testing
  • Travelling to client sites whenever needed

Qualifications

  • Academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies; final-year students are welcome)
  • Strong English communication skills - both written and spoken (working proficiency)
  • Interest or basic familiarity with ERP systems and digital business processes (Hands-on experience is an advantage, not a requirement)
  • Practical exposure to finance, accounting, or business processes is considered a plus
  • High motivation to learn, grow, and develop new professional skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self-discipline
