Responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support our Staffing & Sourcing activities for major clients within International Organizations and the Belgian private & public sector.

 

  • Recruit top IT candidates and act as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruitment cycle;
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the best opportunities;
  • Evaluate candidates’ experience and career aspirations through a structured screening process;
  • Gain a strong understanding of clients’ business needs, IT initiatives, and technical and cultural environments to ensure the best match between consultants and hiring requirements;
  • Negotiate tailored compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for client needs.

Qualifications

  • Interest in a performance-based environment, including outbound calling and candidate prospecting;
  • Relevant experience in recruitment;
  • Enthusiasm for networking and communicating with people;
  • Grit, tenacity, and determination to succeed;
  • Fluent command of English.
